Sudden Blue Display Is a Boo Boo

Did your computer monitor turn blue all of a sudden? It only means one thing, error.
Or in layman's terms - Blue Screen or Windows Stop Message. It can happen in all versions not just in XP.
With its striking color, a message is attached.

It says that your system spotted a problem.
But, what exactly is the problem? Most of the users don't bother to know what made it halt, since they can use it normally after rebooting.

Find out where the fault started because the blue screen can surprise you frequently and annoyingly. What triggers blue screen windows XP? First, answer this question.
What did you do before it appeared? If you installed new software, most probably Windows find it malicious or erroneous. It's having a hard time opening and running the application smoothly; the system will then decide to freeze.

To prevent that, it's advisable to buy or download the software from the manufacturer that fits your system and your device.

Don't just grab anything free from the web.

Non-fitting hardwares and, of course, damaged peripheral attachments will also deliver a fault message. If you introduced a hardware that is not compatible with your current version of Windows, older or newer version is required, Windows will stop its process. In that case, you can try to acquire update or use older driver version for your gadget that is usually on the net. You can also choose to upgrade your current operating system to its latest version.
Another possible reason for the reappearance can arise due to improper OS installation.

To prevent that, you must not interrupt the installation process.

A busted system file from the installation CD is an additional issue; authentic works best.
If you are sure that none of those stated above is the root of the crashes, then this might be it.
If you were experiencing recurrent freezing when you try to run an application or even when doing nothing, probably, a part of your computer is near its end; it's about to break down. It's not functioning favorably because of its worsening condition.

One part is RAM or random-access memory.
Have you experienced getting frustrated every time you edit a video because when you're about to save your project, your system hang? Have you seen fuzzy graphics or a twisted image displayed on your monitor? While playing virtual games, can you see the whole picture or half of the screen is all black? It's all probably because of your RAM. It will then lead to the appearance of the blue screen, or worse, you will not be able to turn on your computer anymore.

In that case, you must replace your RAM. Another one is your hard disk.
It's either your hard disk itself is the problem or the files that are saved there; in other words, virus.
Windows stop message will appear not at the entrance of the virus but when it's already invading and damaging your files and worse, your system.

It's a must that you install an antivirus to aid in filtering files entering your PC. Make preventive measures.
Install an antivirus, choose proper software from trusted manufacturers and use only applications that is compatible and matches your system.
